We utilize our calls with you to share ideas and brainstorm, in order to create the best approach for your website. This includes, defining goals and features, creating the best flow for your navigation and selecting a color scheme and font styles to pull together a cohesive branding strategy.

Web Development & Design
We want your website to be easy for your customers and client to use, as well as being visually inviting and engaging. That’s why we take the time to understand your business goals so we can map out your page layouts and style your content so it is consistent, interesting and moves the user to action.
Services for our starting package include:
Design mockup of homepage in Photoshop, with minor revisions. Includes up to 3 custom slides.
Mapping out your new website’s features and flow
Content organization: includes setting up content and one round of content changes after you’ve reviewed the site
Creating Banners and graphics
Setting up your images (or stock images) throughout the site
Styling fonts and colors for your brand
Adding your logo to all the needed places
Setting up your favicon
Setting up your Social Media Icons
Your site will have a visual editor so you can add, style and change content and images yourself in the future
A site map, which creates a brief outline of the sections of your site, and helps with SEO
Preparation for Launch
We want to make sure the launch of your new website runs smoothly and is an easy process for you. That’s why we check your hosting in advance to make sure all is set up correctly, that your domain is pointed to the server and that your site map and analytics are set up for indexing and reporting.
Our launch process includes:
Setting up your Site Map
Embedding Google analytics code for traffic tracking
Installing an SEO plugin so you can add in your keywords and meta descriptions
Deleting all unneeded pages from the adminUploading the site to your host and testing
Setting up 301 redirects of old URLs
Testing contact forms
Setting up your WordPress admin user name and password
Up to 1 hour of training so you know how to use your admin
30 day warranty on the mechanics of your site
Third Party Costs
The following third party costs are variable and are not included in the price of your website.
Theme cost (normally $50-100) – we have you purchase it so that you own your theme
Stock images ($10 each, approved before purchase)
Hosting – we are happy to make recommendations and guide you
Domain name registration
Plugins or apps needed for specific functionality, most are free, some are a one-time fee and are approved in advance of purchase
All additional features, tech support or changes will be billed at $85/hour
All sites are built on our development server and are moved to your host once the site is approved and final payment is received.
We will populate and format up to 10 pages of basic content with licensed images that we source and provide ($10 each) or; with images you provide. When we provide images, we use watermarked images and don’t purchase them until they are approved.
Additional pages are $150 per page unless it’s a content-heavy page. Custom features will be priced accordingly and are not included in the starting package.
Ecommerce sites start at $5,500 and are priced based on the number of products and feature set.
I was looking back on all that we’ve accomplished since launching the new website in early March this year. It’s really changed everything, some in small ways, some not so small.
